I recently moved to Cape town from Vietnam where I had been teaching and sharing my passion for yoga. I am a 200hr RYT and qualified fitness instructor.
I have always had a passion for fitness and health with a background in dancing, weight training and crossfit.

My mission is to provide an encouraging environment where people can learn to discover what they are capable of, break through their comfort zone, through hard work and attention to form.

I believe that choosing a healthy, positive and active lifestyle will bring internal happiness. I found that to share a passion for fitness brings you in touch with likeminded souls, motivating and sharing the high energies together somehow bond you with the people around you. That alone is pretty amazing and I get to share that through yoga and now Barre.

I love Barre because of how empowering it is! I love the femininity about it, but also how it is modifiable for all ages. It is by far one of the toughest workouts…which is why it is so rewarding.
